Working together with the client, Architect and other consultants, we proposed a simple, understated, elegant design language, with a limited pallet of colour and materials to minimize wastage and have a streamlined design style throughout the building. Hues of Gray, earthy tones were used at walls to promote visual neutrality, with emphasis placed on certain elements of the units by wrapping it with timber veneers, as well as placing diffused lightings and backlights to soften the tone and mood of the units.

The goal was to elevate the hotel to an area of high comfort and hospitality. The design is kept simple that dictate the functionality of the spaces. The game of natural light, the unobstructed view to sea vista, carefully placement of TV and resting areas are key elements taken into consideration in the design. The unobstructed view of the straits of Malacca is captivating.
