LBS Desiran Bayu Lauching Event 2016

Desiran Bayu, a much-anticipated upcoming development by LBS. A lakeside residential development, on a Malay Reserve land. It is located next to LBS’ pilot premier development, D’ Island Residence, in Puchong....

The central attraction in the development is that homes and facilities are built around a 43-acre lake. And with any water-side living, one experiences the beauty of water, breeze and rustling sounds from the surrounding lush greenery. Hence the name, Desiran Bayu. It aims to depict the perfect calm of tranquil waters, gently laced with the sound of leaves rustling with the occasional breeze.

The development boasts of lush local greenery, which provides a conducive environment for recreation for all ages. The jogging track meanders around the lake along with some outdoor exercise stations to ensure the families who want to stay healthy can also enjoy the lakeside benefits.
