FDCV has designed a wellness technology store to provide an innovative massage experience for Itsu, of which the name ¬is delivered from the Japanese phrase “御手” (meaning “the royal touch”), reflecting their professional commitment in providing customers with the best performance and experience. We reach a common understanding that the store not only be a display retail place but also a place for collecting social memories, experience, and for product knowledge absorbing....

We seized the opportunity to probe into human’s behaviour, as that our interior design for the store aims to curate the immersed experience for customers to concentrate. The strategy was to omit unnecessary elements, by enhancing the expressions of massage equipments, display massage chairs, lights, and ambience. To strengthen the undefined ambiance, which encourages customers to wander within, to sit down and experience the machines.
